Welcome to Daymatourplanner. By booking any tour or travel service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure smooth planning, transparency, and a comfortable experience for both parties.
All monument entry tickets, camera fees, guide charges, and any other entry-related expenses at tourist attractions, heritage sites, museums, forts, palaces, or monuments are not included in the tour package cost provided by Daymatourplanner. Guests are required to purchase and pay for all such tickets directly at the monument counter or through authorized online platforms at their own expense. The company will not be responsible for any changes in monument ticket prices, entry rules, visiting hours, or closures imposed by local authorities, government bodies, or monument management. Any special entry permissions, fast-track tickets, or additional services requested by the guest shall also be chargeable separately. By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges and agrees that all monument-related expenses are entirely the responsibility of the traveler and are not covered under the tour cost or payment schedule.
To confirm any tour booking, 50% of the total tour cost must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
The remaining payment shall be completed as per the following schedule:
30% payment on arrival (first day of the tour)
20% payment within 2 days of tour commencement
Tour services will be provided only after receiving the advance payment.
Driver tips, gratuities, and personal expenses are not included in the tour cost.
Tipping the driver is completely voluntary and based on customer satisfaction.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other accepted modes as communicated at the time of booking.
Any bank charges or transaction fees, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Final tour details will be shared after confirmation.
Any changes in itinerary, travel dates, or services must be informed in advance and are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.
Daymatourplanner reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, road conditions, government regulations, or natural calamities.
In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
Guests are requested to carry valid identity proof during travel.
Any damage to the vehicle or hotel property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
By proceeding with the booking and making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions of Daymatourplanner.
